Jennifer Schwarz

Jennifer Schwarz is the President of Realty View Property Management, Inc., a Broker Associate, Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), and dedicated Realtor® serving South Florida. With a passion for helping people and protecting their investments, Jennifer provides personalized solutions for homeowners associations, condominium communities, residential property owners, buyers, sellers, and real estate investors.
Before entering the real estate industry, Jennifer spent 25 years in healthcare, where she built a reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving. Those skills continue to shape her client-focused approach, allowing her to build lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and results.
As a Broker Associate and Realtor®, Jennifer has successfully guided clients through the buying, selling, and investment process with expert market knowledge and personalized service. After becoming a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), she expanded her expertise to include HOA, condominium, and residential property management, helping association boards and property owners streamline operations, protect property values, and create well-managed communities.

Yolanda E. Rodriguez
Vice President | Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM)
Yolanda E. Rodriguez brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 16 years as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). Her career began as a real estate paralegal, where she developed extensive knowledge of contracts, compliance, title, and legal procedures. This strong legal foundation, combined with years of hands-on community management experience, allows her to provide knowledgeable guidance and effective leadership to homeowners associations and condominium communities throughout South Florida.
Since earning her CAM license in 2009, Yolanda has successfully managed communities of varying sizes, overseeing daily operations, financial management, vendor coordination, maintenance projects, and board relations. She has led major capital improvement projects, including roof replacements, exterior painting, and milestone inspections, while helping associations remain financially sound and compliant with Florida regulations.
Known for her integrity, responsiveness, and hands-on management style, Yolanda is passionate about building strong relationships with boards, residents, and vendors. She believes that open communication, proactive planning, and personalized service are the foundation of every successful community.
